Introduction
There
were many children who passed through concentration
camps during World War II, and most of the children
did not survive. The purpose of the Holocaust Museum
Houston's Butterfly Project is to remember the children
who died during the holocaust. Ultimately, the Holocaust
Museum wants to collect 1.5 million butterflies to make
an exhibition representing the 1.5 million children.
In this activity, you and your Dreamer will visit the
Holocaust Museum Houston and make your own butterfly
to send to The Butterfly Project.
